QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
Question: What is your pricing?
Answer: The rental of the grounds is $1,850.00 for the day. ($625.00 non-refundable deposit to book the day of your event with the remaining $1,225.00 on the day of the event) If you want to rent the Royer Mansion's first floor for Bride and Groom to dress and get ready for your big event, it’s $300.00 which would be available to you and your wedding party for FOUR hours prior to your "I DO"s and THREE hour AFTER your "I DO's.
Question: What do we receive for the day of our event:
Answer: The grounds include the pavilion, gazebo, fire pit, horseshoe pits and outdoor bathrooms.
