SAM ROYER SUITE:

This room is over 400sq. foot with queen size bed and a

private 300sq. foot relaxing balcony. You will also have a

private master bath that is also 400sq. foot with gorgeous

glassed enclosed walk-in shower.

MARTHA ROYER ROOM:

This room is over 400sq. foot with queen size bed.

You will also have your own private bathroom. This room is 

next door to Sam Royer Suite which is separated by a locked door 

which can be opened for those family members that have children to 

make the entire upstairs of Royer Mansion all yours.

BREAKFAST & DINNERS AT ROYER MANSION

We have two types of service that other B&B's do not offer. 

We do not serve continental breakfasts here at Royer. All food is 

prepared for you. However, we do off the "Royer Treatment.

REGULAR STAY: 

$100.00 per person per night

Offers a cooked breakfast for your stay.

THE "ROYER TREATMENT" STAY:

From $161.88 per person per night TO $175.00 per person per night

Offers you a Gourmet Breakfast for each morning you awake.

Also offers you five course meals for each dinner here and served by 

our Chef Michael. We highly recommend the Royer Treatment upgrade 

to any couple seeking more than just a regular meal or breakfast. This is 

over the top service.

We offer FREE CANCELLATION up to 7 days before arrival.

Once you pick how many nights below you wish to stay, you will be given the option to upgrade to "The Royer Treatment" or just a regular stay.
